What qualifies for a commission?
A purchase by someone else, attributed to your personal product referral link, for a Real Estate Genius product. The program includes current and future products as they become available. The purchase must be paid in full. The commission is 10% of the actual eligible payment collected after discounts and refunds, including a paid optional guest for an event. Unpaid, failed, cancelled, fully refunded or complimentary purchases do not earn a commission. Taxes, where applicable, are excluded.
When will I be paid?
Verified commissions from fully paid purchases are scheduled for the 15th of the following month. We review payments, refunds and chargebacks before approving each payout. Please complete the payout information requested in your referral dashboard. Missing information or an unresolved payment issue may hold that payout until it is resolved. We will not pay a commission on money we have not collected.
How do refunds and tracking work?
A refund or chargeback reduces the eligible collected amount and the associated commission. If a commission has already been paid, the adjustment may be applied to a future payout. Ask people to use your personal link for the relevant product before purchasing. Tracking depends on that link and browser settings; switching devices or blocking tracking can prevent attribution. Contact us promptly if an eligible purchase appears to be missing, so we can review it before payout.
How should I share Real Estate Genius?
Make a personal, relevant introduction and let people read the product details. Mention that you may earn a commission if they purchase through your link. Share only with people who welcome the message. Do not promise a deal, a profit or a guaranteed investment result. This program covers Real Estate Genius product purchases. It does not pay for property transactions, investment capital, free calls or simply forwarding a message.
